We’re so sorry if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received. Get in touch with our customer service at first if you want to return or exchange apparel you received. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or shipping agent warehouse. You will get full return process guidance from our customer service.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tag/label.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Wrong return shipping address, missing return package not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and you will receive refund in 1-2 business days. If there are some problems on your return, we will send you a mail to confirm, when problem is fixed, your refund will be processed.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges & Return
We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, our customer service will serve you all problems in time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please don't forget to send us your tracking number of return package which you get from post office. If there are no tracking number, we cannot guarantee we can receive the return.
