Where are your products sent from??

We have warehouses located in the United States, and China. Products will be sent from one of these warehouses according to the stock availability. No matter where are your package sent from, shipping time is guaranteed.

How do I track my returns?

If we have received your returned items, we will begin processing your return as soon as possible, which may take up to 1 - 2 business days. When processing is completed, we will contact you and issue your refund.
If we haven’t receive your returned items and your returned parcel still in transit, you can track it with the return tracking number on your return receipt to check the return progress. Once you find the parcel was delivered, please inform us, and we will refund you as soon as possible.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

The refund request will be processed once we have received the returned package at our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items. It normally takes 48 hours for the refund to appear on your bank/PayPal account..

Can I have a full refund for the return?

We will provide a full refund according to the terms in our return policy. In general, we try to be as flexible as possible on refunds, however please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Why should I confirm shipping address again?

  • Expedited shipping always shipped by DHL express compay, it does not accept P O BOX as shipping address.
  • Your city and post code, they do not matched.
  • Your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.
